First floor consists of 3 air conditioned bedrooms with king size double beds (180 x 200 cm) and french balconies, 3 en suite bathrooms with showers and a laundry room. One of the bedrooms has a seaview, while the other two bedrooms offer stunning views of the surrounding forest.

The second floor consists of a partially covered and spacious roof terrace equipped with sun loungers with a spectacular panoramic view of the sea and the mainland. 

The outdoor area is designed as a perfect oasis for relaxation where guests can enjoy the scents of the charming Mediterranean garden and find refreshment in the private outdoor pool (24 m2) surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Guests who enjoy dining al fresco are welcome to use the outdoor barbecue and the outdoor table and chairs on the covered terrace.

Villa Bay View 1 is fully air conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, wi-fi internet, underfloor heating, iron and ironing board, safe, mosquito nets and blinds, work desk electric stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with ice maker and freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, barbecue equipment, washing machine and hair dryer.
