Villa Bay View 15 consists of ground, first and second floor level and covers 101 m2 of living area. The villa is a suitable accommodation for up to 5 persons. Ground floor consists of a  modern and well equipped open concept kitchen with dining area and living room, 1 bedroom with single bed (90 x 200 cm), 1 half-bath and storage room with work-table. Living room has access to the outdoor terrace and pool area. 

First floor consists of 2 air conditioned bedrooms with king size double beds (180 x 200 cm)  and 2 en suite bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub) and a laundry room. One bedroom has a seaview balcony, while the other bedroom has forest/pool view balcony.

The second floor consists of a partially covered and spacious roof terrace equipped with sun loungers with a spectacular panoramic view of the sea and the mainland. 

The outdoor area is designed as a perfect oasis for relaxation where guests can enjoy the scents of the charming Mediterranean garden and find refreshment in the private outdoor pool (24 m2) surrounded by sun loungers. Guests who enjoy dining al fresco are welcome to use the outdoor barbecue and the outdoor table and chairs on the covered terrace.

Villa Bay View 15 is fully air conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, wi-fi internet, underfloor heating, iron and ironing board, safe, mosquito nets and blinds, electric stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with ice maker and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, barbecue equipment, washing machine and hair dryer. Baby cot and high chair are available on request. The property offers 2 gated parking places. Pets are available on request, extra charge may apply.
